RTT Chapter 29 / M. Bison's Attack Part 4

The battling between the four Street Fighters was violent and personal. Cammy and Chun-Li beat the living hell out each other, punching and kicking and even displaying their strength. Cammy soon got the upper hand, using air attacks and her speed but after missing one of her signature moves, she got pounded by Chun-Li's Spinning Bird Kick. Guile had M. Bison for minute but then got knocked away. Bison came in with mid kicks and a few jabs, which were blocked and Guile swing with a back fist that sent him half a step back.

"You'll have to do better than to beat me." he said.

Guile then went for his Flash Kick finisher but Bison saw it coming and jumped away before he leaped into the air and towards him, suddenly changing direction in mid-air, flipping upside-down and performed the Devil Reverse, throwing a Psycho Power-infused punch towards Guile while he descended. The maneuver was the textbook example of a "fake-out", as the initial leap looked identical to Bison's Head Stomp attack. The attack took Guile by surprise. As he rose up, he came in for a hard right upper cut but the dictator used his Bison Warp to teleported and appeared behind him.

"What's wrong Guile? Thinking about your friend I killed? Try harder!" Bison said, mocking him about how he took the life of Charlie Nash.

Guile looked mad and swung with a punch but again, Bison teleported, move around quick and fast to confuse and disorientate his opponent to see where he was going from. He then appeared at his left side, giving an evil grin and chuckle like the devil himself. Guile then delivered another Flash Kick finisher but once again, Bison teleported using his Bison Warp to avoid getting hit.

"Quit using that move!" Guile shouted. "I'm beginning to think you're afraid of me, Bison!"

"Afraid?!" Bison said if surprised, appearing at his enemy's right side. "What do I have to fear from you! Its you that needs to be feared. All that hate that burns within you, the death of your friend that I took away from, you want revenge, come on, come at me and avenge him!"

Guile wasn't going to take his mockery anymore and lunged forward, leaping up but missed a downward kick as Bison teleported again.

"I'm not falling for that move again! There's no way in hell you'll get away with what you've done!" Guile shouted. "I'll take you for good!!"

He waved his arms out and then clasped them back, delivering his special move.

"SONIC BOOM!!"

As if he anticipated it, M. Bison once more teleported, glowing in a pinkish-purple hue to avoid Guile's special move and appeared behind him, catching him off guard.

"I have you now!"

He drew his right arm back and blasted Guile with a Psycho Shot, sending him flying down the deck of the Titanic. Chun-Li attacked the dictator from behind and unloaded with some big bombs and even a series of quick kicks to the chest and face. Bison took some tremendous shots and got knocked down but he recovered quickly and retaliated with some shots of his own and hitting Chu-Li with one of his special moves.

"Double Knee Press!"

Chun-Li fell to the ground, Bison standing over her.

"You fought me with all the passion in the world but it wasn't enough to stop me! You would've been better if you had been a member of Shadowlaw had I not allowed Killer Bee to kill your father!"

That made Chun-Li mad and she exploded on him, unleashing everything she had inside her to beat the hell out of Bison before she blasted a ranged energy projectile into Bison, called Kiko-Ken, Qigong Fist in english. It stunned him a lot as Chun-Li then nailed kicks in the face, then the Tenshou Kyaku, the Ascension Kick before finishing it off with her super move, Senretsu Kyaku, Thousand Rending Kicks. Bison was in a total daze unsure where he was at this point as he fell to the floor. He rose up only get a running punch by Guile, who then Flash Kicked him in the face before delivering his Sonic Boom, this time catching him perfectly. But then Bison unleashed an ultra special move, taking both Guile and Chun-Li down...

"Knee Press Nightmare!"

Chun-Li went flying into a risen Cammy as she flipped into a handstand then rapidly spin kicked upwards, hitting the Reverser Shaft Breaker. She then saw Guile and then jumped from a wall and did a series dive kicks before slamming him into the ground, connecting with the Killer Bee Assault. She rose up and then jumped over to Bison's side.

"Targets are down and defeated sir," she said. "Shall we throw them over board?"

"No," Bison said. "We'll take them back to our base to hold them captive."

They walked passed their fallen enemies and headed back inside.

The Titanic was taking a unbelievable beating now in major trouble as the storm was reaching the height of its power. This was unlike anything that she was designed to handle and even being in the condition that she was in, the storm would've overwhelmed her and sent her back to the bottom... somehow she was refusing. Rolling to the left and to the right as if she were a seesaw, she was going down, now ten feet at the bow and listing fourteen degrees to starboard. She struggled to stay afloat with the two tugs trying to keep her pointed in the wind for it would keep her floating even longer.

The human form of Titanic felt the feeling of weakness coming over her as her wounded area bleed more, Kane could see it and he held her close.

"I might not make it..." Titanic said, her voice now sounding weak.

"Don't say that, please don't," Kane said. "You're gonna make it... we'll all make it and come out alive..."

Just then Matthew Anderson came running up with Gene Seagram.

"It's looking bad down below, the men are trying to stop the leak in the F Deck and if we don't stop it, the ship will go under again." Seagram said.

"It must be hell down there," Kane said. "It would suicidal to attempt anything like that in this vial storm."

Just then Seagram was knocked away by a blast of Bison's Psycho Power who had found his prey once again with Cammy. Matthew Anderson looked mad and charged at him.

"BISON, I'LL HAVE YOUR HEAD!!"

The dictator ducked his attack and another before knee striking him and hit a left punch to the cheek.

"Useless and pathetic," he said. "You weren't like this when we last meet. What a pity."

"TAKE THAT BACK YOU MONSTER!!" Matthew yelled out, taking a swinging punch, but Bison ducked and blasted him with a Psycho Vanish before sending him away and down with the Psycho Shot, Matthew hitting the wall hard and falling to the floor, laying there almost out of it but he was still moving around. Bison only chuckled evilly as Cammy stood there, her eyes looking icy cold. She watched her man move in to finish off his prey, but then Bison stopped, looking at over at Matthew and noticed something peculiar. Kane and Titanic along with the now rising Gene Seagram noticed this too. Matthew was getting up but as he finally rose on his feet, he was no longer human and something completely different... something shocking that would horrified many people for hundreds of years.

"Grrrrrrrrr... this fight is not over by a long shot... you'll pay for everything, Bison!"

Removing the furred and clawed hand from his face, Matthew looked straight at the dictator with his piercing gold eyes, revealing himself to be a brown werewolf, blood leaking all over his mouth as he snarled at him with the only human remaining being his sweaty and dirtied up hair. Angrily, he pointed a clawed finger at him.

"THIS IS ALL YOUR FAULT!!! YOU DID THIS TO ME BACK IN 1977!!!"

"Why isn't this very amazing!" Bison said, sounding very excited as he poised himself in his fighting pose. "Seeing the pure and unlimited hatred that is flowing within you is a grand thing and something that I love seeing from those who challenge me. Yes, I can remember... seeing this form of you when you escaped Shadowlaw and made it out alive... I had always predicted that one day we would meet again and have a rematch... at least that's what your thinking... Matthew."

"QUIT THE TALKING AND PREPARE TO GET YOURSELF THE BEATING THAT I SHOULD'VE GAVE YOU!" Matthew yelled, his voice sounding much different than normal.

"Please, you're the one doing all the talk," Bison grinned evilly. "I'm only giving my state of though of how great it feels to once again see this monstrous form of you that many wouldn't dare look at. Once this battle is over,  I'll take you back to my headquarters and unlike the last time, you'll be under my control!"

"THAT'S NOT GOING TO HAPPEN, BISON!!" Matthew yelled out again before finally lunging forward very fast towards the dictator and aggressively swung with his sharp claws several times... but to his shocking surprise, M. Bison had countered him over and over, using his Bison Warp to teleported his attacks. Matthew's piercing gold eyes narrowed as he growled.

"How are you able to know what I was going to do?!"

"Oh, I forgot to tell you, Matthew that during the last four years, I sent out spies to find you and to bring me data of your fighting skills. Despite that you battered them up badly one of them made it back to show me everything and I've studied every single move you have!"

Matthew lunged at him again but this time both he and the dictator locked up hand to hand in a test of strength as they glared psychotically at each other.

"I've waiting a long time to finish what I started, Bison!" Matthew said. "You caused me so much suffering that I wanted to end my own life after what I became! But I'll use that to put you down!"

"You are insolent aren't you," Bison replied. "If I could afford the diversion, I'd certainly reward you with your death! However, after we're done, I've have more other adversaries in need of attention, which are Kane Smith and Titanic... they will mine and nothing will be match for the Mighty Bison!"

Matthew roared out and started move the dictator back until Bison escaped and nailed a Skull Driver, Matthew rocking on his feet as he was hit with several blows but block a punch and unloaded with savage shots, hitting Bison with everything he had to make him pay for what he did to him but then the dictator blocked and low kicked him in the leg and hit a hard body blow followed by an elbow to the the spine.

"You'll have to do better than that!" Bison said.

Suddenly he got a huge blow to the face by Matthew, who blasted him all over before finally taking him down with his animalistic power. He then went to wipe him out but Cammy came from behind and attacked like a machine. Matthew block her shots and seeing that she was a girl, he refused to hurt her and jumped away to create some space but Cammy wasn't allowing him, leaping into a handstand and hit the Reverser Shaft Breaker before flipping back on her feet and jumped up, wrapping her legs around his head and and pulled back on the way down hitting a Frankensteiner, Matthew hitting hard onto the floor as Cammy jumped up and ran to her man's side to see if he was ok.

"Master, are you ok?"

"I'm fine, Killer Bee, that fool had forgotten that you were there and thanks to you, you've put him down for the moment."

M. Bison turned and saw Kane and Titanic, still holding on tightly to him. He made his approch to the two, sense that victory only moments a way from becoming reality.
